This contemporary art museum's roof plays host to Hotel Everland—a one-room, portable hotel from the Swiss artist duo known as L/B—through December 2008. You can visit the bright, curvaceous pod during the day or book a night's stay to enjoy the fully stocked mini bar, record collection, king-size bed and stunning view of the Eiffel Tower.

An unassuming Dutch website called Buzzworks offers up projects that designers, artists and illustrators create when their clients aren't looking. As you browse the buttons, T-shirts and accessories, the colorful creatures and bold graphics give you a brief window into their creators' heads. Don't leave the site without looking at designer Jean-Benoit Levy's button series. They're based on the hand signs in his H-and-S font, and you'll want to dig out your favorite '80s jean jacket just to have somewhere to put them.
